Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply add the required products and quantities to your cart and complete the checkout.
A 50% deposit is payable today to secure your order. The remaining balance and freight will be invoiced prior to dispatch.
Is there a minimum order?
Products are ordered in full cartons of 8 pairs.
Simply select the carton quantities you require and add them to your cart.
Can I mix sizes within a carton?
No. Each carton contains 8 pairs of the same style and size break-downs (2 of each).
This helps simplify packing, inventory management and fulfilment.
Can I change my order after checkout?
You can add to it by ordering more, but otherwise no.
Payments
Why do I only pay a 50% deposit?
Paying a 50% deposit secures your production allocation while making it easier for pharmacies to place their orders.
The remaining balance and freight will be invoiced before your order is dispatched.
When is the remaining balance due?
We'll email you an invoice once production has been completed and your order is ready for dispatch.
Payment of the remaining balance is required before shipment.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice will be emailed after your order is placed.
A second tax invoice for the remaining balance and freight will be issued prior to dispatch.
Freight & Delivery
Is freight included?
No. Freight is calculated once your order has been packed so you're only charged the actual shipping cost. We don't make money off the freight. We use Team Global Express and shipping estimates can be seen here.
When will my order arrive?
Current estimated delivery for this campaign is: November 2026
This is a Summer promotion but is just a guide. We'll keep you updated throughout the production process and if there are any delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Products
Are the products retail ready?
Yes. All products arrive fully packaged and ready for display in your pharmacy.
Are display cartons included?
Yes. Products are supplied in retail-ready display cartons, ready to place on the shelf or the counter top and start selling.
Can I order more stock later?
Yes. If additional stock is available after the initial campaign, we'll be happy to supply more.
Availability will depend on remaining inventory and future production schedules. To avoid missing out, we recommend placing your best estimate during the initial ordering period.
What if a customer breaks a strap?
Boomerangz offers FREE replacement straps if they break under normal use. No receipt is required. Simply direct customers to our website and there is a free strap replacement process there. Please note; there is a small postage fee for the customer to get the straps sent to them.
Returns
Can wholesale orders be returned?
As products are manufactured specifically for this campaign, wholesale orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
What if products arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange replacement products if required.
